With your patience, guidance and passion for helping others, you'll help to lead the operations of the grooming salon-from head to tail! You'll build relationships with clients, champion exceptional customer service, lead your associates, and drive results to grow the business.


As our Pet Grooming Salon Manager, you will:

  • Onboard all new salon associates and groomers, ensuring their completion of all training requirements and annual safety certifications, evaluating the quality of grooms, and providing ongoing learning opportunities

  • Perform Hands on Pet (HOP) assessment on all pets to recommend services and build trust with the pet parents

  • Perform dog grooming services to breed standards and to client's personal preferences and hold your groomers to those same standards

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate in the store, taking immediate action whenever necessary

The Product Manager, Clinical Informatics will have responsibility for Product Planning, Product Development, and Product Commercialization for Clinical Informatics. We leverage IOT (internet of things) and cloud platforms as well as data analytics to deliver the next generation of lab clinical informatics applications that constitute our DxONE suite of applications. The Product Manager (Clinical Informatics) will have responsibilities in three areas. Product Planning. Conduct Voice of Customer (ethnographic research, surveys, focus groups, advisory boards) and translate VoC into actionable insights and plans related to clinical informatics product line \u2013 product capabilities and features, pricing, segmenting, targeting and positioning. These insights will be structured to enable the business to make informed and timely decisions, specifically focused on how to competitively create and differentiate our product portfolio and how it relates to business results and strategies of the overall Beckman Coulter business. Product Development. Serve as product owner through agile development process - writing and refining User Stories, Themes, and Epics; facilitating estimation sessions and backlog grooming efforts; coordinating user acceptance testing and other external validation efforts; representing the team and their efforts to others within the organization. Represent customer and market needs at the product development core team and work with the cross-functional team to deliver market beating products and features . Addressing commercial value proposition, target audience, scenario & feature prioritization, positioning and messaging to support successful adoption by our commercial organizations. Collaborate with global and geo/country marketing managers to assist product commercialization and launch. BS/BA in engineering, basic or clinical science disciplines with 9+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of experience with a Master\u2019s degree, or 2+ years of experience with a Doctoral degree. MBA in marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare IT. Healthcare IT, Clinical Decision Support, Clinical Informatics, and/or Clinical Software experience required. Demonstrated ability to create and manage the execution of research projects, generate customer and market insights, and tie these insights to business recommendations. Excellent communications, storytelling and influencing skills, and in communicating and collaborating with senior executives. Exceptional cross-group collaboration, project management, and organizational skills. Experience with agile and scrum development and SaaS products. Highly proficient with Excel and Power Point.
