Creature Comfort Animal Clinic is currently looking for an energetic and positive person to join our grooming team! As a Groomer, you will work closely with our patients, DVMs, and clients to provide exceptional service while maintaining high standards of animal care.
Responsibilities include shampooing, conditioning, and drying patients, clipping nails and cleaning ears on every patient and occasionally assisting with or performing minor medical services (vaccines, nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc.). Perform grooming services per customer instructions, ensuring the safety and well-being of animals.
Our team is looking for someone with a strong customer service background who possesses the ability to regularly lift and maneuver animals above and below fifty pounds. Groomer must be willing to work with cats and training provided if necessary. Mild-to-moderate animal clinic experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide extra instruction to the right candidate!
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Salary: 50% commission. Tools and materials provided
