Since 1974, we have been the industry leader, creating best practices that have been duplicated by other pet care businesses and helped to shape our industry's standards. We offer many unique services.

We have eight convenient pet resort locations in the Greater St. Louis Area and the Metro East.

We owe everything to our highly skilled staff who are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing the ultimate care to our clients' beloved dogs and cats. We provide a challenging and rewarding work environment. There are always opportunities to advance for team members who stand out!

As a Pet Boarding Attendant, you ensure that each animal guest at our resort stays in clean accommodations and has all their individual needs attended to. You clean and sanitize hotel areas, outside runs, and laundry.

You are a practical, get-it-done person who takes scooping poop in stride! You provide meals to our animal guests, administer meds, and keep accurate records. You get to walk dogs, conduct fun events like Yappy Hour, and provide Bizzy Bone treats to our guests.

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on a regular basis and up to 50 lbs on occasion

  • Ability to walk dogs of all sizes on leashes

  • Comfortable working around pet hair and dander

  • Attend our safety handling training prior to starting work

  • A passion for animals

Any prior experience which involves hands-on animal care such as at a veterinarian's office is a PLUS! Do you have a knack for handling dogs safely and are receptive to learning more?

Do you prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication and customer service skills? Do you work well as part of a team?

Are you conscientious about following policies and protocols? If so, you might just be perfect for this position!
