We are looking for a Multi-Family Pest Control Technician, to join our 5 person strong team. Licensed is ideal but we can work with you. Our ideal candidate is personable, self-motivated, great work ethic and cooperative, as well as comfortable working unsupervised and independently.

Compensation is based on experience. The position that we are offering is full time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (or until your route is completed). Our Technicians are provided with company vehicles, equipment and training. MUST have a clean driving record to drive company vehicles and clear background check prior to employment.

Multi-Family Pest Control Technician duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: inspecting, identifying, and implementing pest control solutions in multi-family residential properties to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for residents. This role involves conducting thorough inspections, applying appropriate treatment methods, and educating residents on pest prevention measures. Conduct regular inspections of multi-family residential properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions.

Implement pest control strategies and treatment plans tailored to specific pest species and property requirements. Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, adhering to industry regulations and safety standards. Monitor and document pest activity, treatment applications, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Communicate with property management staff and residents to address pest-related concerns and provide recommendations for pest prevention. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inspection reports, treatment logs, and customer communications. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of pest control services.

Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in pest control techniques and safety protocols. Uphold company policies and standards of professionalism, customer service, and environmental stewardship. Prior experience in pest control or related field is advantageous.

Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods. Familiarity with pest control equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform inspection and treatment tasks in various indoor and outdoor environments.
