Job Overview The incumbent performs as the Personnel System Manager for Air University (AU), 42 Air Base Wing, Officer Training School (OTS), tenants, and Geographically Separate Unit (GSU) for Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM), Case Management System (CMS), Military Personnel Data Systems (MILPDS), and Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA), Talent Marketplace, myVECTOR, myFSS, myEVAL, myDECS, AMS, myPERS, CMS Dashboard and Tableau metrics, and other personnel systems which support the military personnel agenda.

Work Model: Onsite Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Provide operations and maintenance, configuration management, database administration, Transaction Registers (TR) management, user account/access verification and support for existing and new automated applications to maintain system continuity and security.

Configure and operate the Enterprise Output. Management software to facilitate the receipt and transmission of AF personnel products for MAX-GUN and OTS. Build and maintain local tables and applicable List of Values (LOVs) used in Human Resource System (HRS). Advise MPF leadership on HRS technical matters and in the proper utilization of MILPDS supported resources to ensure system availability.

Provide MPF and other base functional activities with hands-on training and interpretation of HRS applications; including implementing modifications and guidance to maintain system continuity as requested. Setup Enterprise Output Manager (EOM) to distribute print products from MilPDS database using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)/Business Objects or applicable programs are properly scheduled, developed, and delivered to the requesting agency. Create OBIEE Workbooks to assist MPF work centers and base agencies with data management.

Schedule, produce, and suspense the Management Assessment Products (MAPs) to assist the MPF work centers with data integrity clean up. Conduct training and support as requested to all supported units to include MPF-hosted in house trainings. Review and distribute TRs to the appropriate work center.

Provide initial and as needed changes to Distributed System Administrator (DSA) Appointment and Discover Access letters. Evaluate requests for system access and when appropriate, add users. End date responsibilities or user accounts for HRS as appropriate.

Reviews and processes requests to accept recognition (awards, decorations, badges, etc.) from foreign governments and organizations. Provide civilian length of service rosters to units to ensure civilian length of service recognition is appropriately performed. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Mandatory: Minimum one (1) year experience as a Personnel Systems Manager or Knowledge of MilPDS, CAMIS/MSP, MyPers, MyEvals, MyDecs, MyFSS, Business Objects, SharePoint, Oracle Discoverer, CMS, BLSDM, PRDA, EOM, MyDecs, AFFMS, and M4S. Ability to analyze information, evaluative methods to accurately assess and communicate HR and manpower information to inform management and command-level staff.

Knowledge of the principles, concepts, techniques, standards, and guides of manpower and personnel systems and processes. Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret Security clearance.   Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.

  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.  Valid Alabama state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.

   Must be able to read, write and speak English. U.S. Citizenship.   Ability to obtain access to U.S.
