Personnel Manager

Gallaher Plastic Surgery & Spa MD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personnel Manager to join our team. As the Personnel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role

* In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations

* Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Experience in the healthcare or spa industry is a plus
