Technica LLC is accepting applications for the position of Personnel Assistant III to perform work on aGovernment contract with a place of performance at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Specific Duties:
Assist in in-processing and out-processing of personnel.
Arrange pre-employment drug screening.
Assisting with new hire forms.
Collecting job appropriate licenses and certifications and maintaining records.
Responding to routine questions on policy and procedures.
Assisting with out-processing checklists.
Setting up interview schedules with the different department heads.
Assist corporate HR department in various projects and reporting.
Coordinate with various vendors.
Perform some clerical work in addition to the above duties.
Job Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a National Agency Background Check.
Must have excellent skills in verbal and written communications.
Must have excellent skills in all Microsoft Office products.
Google Docs experience preferred.
Previous HR experience preferred.
Must have experience as a clerk/receptionist.
