The Personalization Associate is responsible for ensuring an organized and efficient end to the end process within the department. In collaborating closely with the team. they will maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist with various task related to personalization, and support the operations of inbound and outbound products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and keep record of orders upon receiving on the production floor.
  • Help in daily, production for highly secure and confidential projects.
  • Help deliver accurate order status changes, including quality control checks and rush orders, to meet production goals for the shift.
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials needed to complete and other supplies, alerting the Associate Manager Personalization if replenishment of supplies is not adequate for the weekly production.
  • Relay daily issues and concerns to the Associate Manager Personalization and Operations Manager for the H.S.A department.
  • Perform data entry into Excel spreadsheets, as needed.
  • Keep the work area organized and workstations clean.
  • This role involves handling luxury materials and operating a single - headed embroidery machine, as needed.
  • Follow and comply with policies when managing sensitive materials and personal data.
  • Adhere to procedures, processes and general company information to safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Help other departments if all orders or tasks in their respective department are complete.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Abide by all company safety and Hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and participate in 5s activities daily.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedure.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 3 months- 1 year of relevant warehousing experience required.
  • Experience/Knowledge of embroidery/industrial machinery a plus.
  • Good hand/arm dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
  • Good vision and the ability to distinguish color properly.
  • Ability to safely use a pallet jack, and other warehousing equipment, as well as RF Scanners,
  • Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) needed.
  • Ability to stand for long extended periods and lift or move objects over 20-50 pounds.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Excel spreadsheet - intermediate (preferred)
  • Detail oriented with strong verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Willingness to cross train in other areas as needed.
  • Ability to work full time, must be available Monday- Friday, over time as needed.
