Job Title: Personal Training Sales Manager

Job Description:

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for fitness? Crunch Fitness Swansea is seeking a highly motivated Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team. As the Personal Training Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of personal training packages, through Crunch's exclusive CrunchOne Kickoff, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

This is a salaried position and requires a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Selling directly by performing at least 75% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs

• Coaching, role playing, and guiding the individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell

• Managing schedules and directing resources as informed by the various KPI's

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. High School / GED required.

• Proven track record of success in personal training sales or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales management

• 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and personal training best practices is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Certifications (One or more of the following):

• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

• ACE Personal Trainer Certification

• The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification

• IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification

• NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, or Performance Enhancement Specialist

• NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification

• NFPT Personal Trainer Certification

• NSCA Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members and the public

• Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds
