Are you financially motivated? If so, Retro Fitness of Fort Lee, NJ is looking for Membership Sales Consultants to join our growing team. The Membership Sales Consultant is responsible for reaching and exceeding membership sales goals.
In the bigger picture, the Membership Sales Consultant forms long term relationships with our members, driving retention, customer service and, of course, referrals! We are a high-volume facility therefore the earning potential is unlimited!

More about this role:
The Membership Sales Consultant's primary responsibility is to sell memberships and build their business to achieve personal and club sales and net member gain goals. Additional responsibilities include selling and scheduling a Fitness Consultation via our results based Pro Fitness Program (PFP) to ensure fitness engagement via our Personal Training Department.
Required Skills and Experience
Prior sales experience required and general knowledge of fitness but we are willing to teach membership selling skills.
Ability to handle rejection without allowing you it to affect your next opportunity.
Ability to proficiently use our POS and Pro Fitness Program software (training provided).
Positive engaging personality and rapport builder.
Passion for fitness.
Team player with a competitive nature.
Strong work ethic.
Compensation: $12 base per hour plus high commission and generous bonus structure
