Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Personal Tax Accountant works with team members to ensure overall fulfillment of the client experience. Responsibilities include:

• Reviews and prepares individual federal and state tax returns.

• Helps manage client relationships for PTS

• Aids PTS team in administrative functions

• Supervises contractors

• Researches issues, meets deadlines, and effectively communicates to teammates

• Assists management with day-to-day tasks by updating PTS Tracking and communication.

• Manages risk; ensures adherence to bank policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience preparing/reviewing 1040s for High-Net-Worth individuals

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• Working knowledge of GoSystem, ProSystem (Gift), and SurePrep preferred

• BNA and other tax planning software knowledge a plus

• Extensive background in tax preferred
