Brown & Brown is looking for a Personal Lines Assistant to join our Personal Lines team in White Plains, NY! As a Personal Lines Assistant, you will support the customer relationship by meeting and exceeding the service expectations for our customers by facilitating day to day service and policy maintenance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients.

• Responsible for the timely, day-to-day support for assigned accounts, including delivery of policy documents, endorsement processing and response to client inquiries.

• Correspond and maintain contact with carriers, customers and coordinate with the appropriate account representatives, regarding client servicing.

• Handle client inquiries and follow ups for policy updates, etc.

• Compile and create proposals, summaries, and additional documents as requested.

• Receive requests from prospective clients and provide new business quotations as needed.

• Develop and foster quality relationships with clients, teammates and carrier representatives.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required

• 1+ years' experience working with personal lines insurance products, required.

• Experience working with AMS360 and ImageRight, preferred.

• Property & Casualty insurance license, willingness to obtain required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required

This position has an annual pay range of $55-60k to be paid on an hourly basis
