Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building, and maintaining strong relationships. Understand clients' insurance needs and provide proactive guidance and solutions.

• Policy Renewals and Reviews: Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely renewal of policies. Conduct policy reviews to assess coverage adequacy and identify opportunities for additional coverage solutions or cost savings.

• New Business Development: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts. Work closely with clients to understand their evolving insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Insurance Quotes and Proposals: Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients, explaining coverage options, terms, and premiums. Negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage for clients.

• Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, including filing claims, liaising with insurance carriers, and ensuring timely resolution. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, advocating on their behalf as needed.

• Risk Management Consulting: Offer risk management advice and guidance to clients to help them mitigate potential risks and minimize exposure. Recommend risk management strategies and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and industries.

• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate client records, including policy documentation, correspondence, and communication logs.

Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.

• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management software preferred.
