Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Lawrenceville, GA *Must reside in or around Lawrenceville, GA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

P&C Agent License Required

Type: Full Time

Job Description:

The Director of Personal Lines at InsuranceHub Leavitt oversees all personal lines account managers, ensuring effective customer service and financial goals are achieved. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes and fostering growth.

  • Manage and develop P&C staff for efficient client service.

  • Train and mentor team members for productivity and expertise.

  • Implement and monitor quality control standards and agency procedures.

  • Direct new and renewal processes, including market analysis.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and oversee department operations.

Requirements/Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience required

  • A Property and Casualty Insurance License required

  • Proficient in MS Office and various client management systems including AMS360 and AgencyZoom?

  • Brokerage experience a plus!

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (Details are important)

  • Experience servicing accounts and selling

  • Better than amazing customer service skills

  • An independent and self-motivated drive to succeed
