Job Description: As a Personal Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our valued clients while providing them with personalized insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs.

This role requires a deep understanding of various insurance products, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusting relationships through regular communication and proactive outreach. Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess clients' current coverage and identify opportunities for additional protection. Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy changes in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Insurance Consultation and Sales: Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide expert guidance on suitable coverage options, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal insurance products. Present personalized insurance proposals to clients, explaining coverage details, premiums, and policy terms in clear and understandable language.

Collaborate with clients to customize insurance packages that align with their risk tolerance, lifestyle, and financial goals. Policy Administration and Documentation: Facilitate the application and underwriting process for new insurance policies, gathering necessary information, completing paperwork, and ensuring accuracy of documentation.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and other relevant information in our CRM system. Coordinate with insurance carriers to process policy endorsements, renewals, and claims efficiently, advocating for clients' best interests throughout the process. Business Development and Retention:

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to existing clients, maximizing retention and revenue generation. Actively participate in networking events, seminars, and other community outreach activities to expand our client base and enhance brand visibility. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to stay informed and provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal insurance sales or account management. Possession of relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health). Strong understanding of personal insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
