A day in the life.

As our Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of client service needs via phone and email. This will include making changes to coverages, handling requests for new policies, explaining coverages, and re-marketing accounts. You will actively seek out new referrals and needs for additional lines of coverage from existing clients during service conversations.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• While remarketing, determine acceptability and placement, complete applications or endorsement requests and collect premium when applicable.

• Service a high volume of accounts independently utilizing carrier websites and online rating systems.

• Maintain client files accurately and consistently. Properly document files and communicate in accordance with company workflows, procedures and Best Practices.

• Maintain timely automated follow-up on outstanding activities and correspondence.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Current Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license or willingness to obtain.

• College degree desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight preferred, but not required.
