Personal Injury Paralegal

Busy Baltimore City Law Firm seeks experienced paralegal to work in personal injury litigation department. This is a full-time on-site position. We are seeking someone to work on complex civil personal injury cases. Congenial work environment. Must be able to type 70 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings
• Type dictation
• E-File pleadings in state and federal courts
• Schedule depositions
• Collect and organize medical records
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel's offices
• Manage attorney calendars

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal/legal litigation secretary
• Must work well independently and be able to prioritize work
