The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, a minimum of 2 years of successful personal injury litigation experience along with trial experience.

Oversee and handle an active caseload involving litigation cases effectively. Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients. Create, draft, and submit legal paperwork such as complaints and discovery documents, conduct detailed legal research, and formulate trial strategies.

Provide representation for clients during hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions with confidence and expertise. Qualifications: Must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the Georgia State Bar. Required to be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in personal injury litigation. Demonstrated trial experience is essential, along with a solid understanding of courtroom procedures. Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills are a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and other relevant parties.
