Requirements

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in case management, be fluent in Spanish, understand the injury claims process, and have basic knowledge of medical terminology. Some responsibilities will include client contact and scheduling, medical record management, file handling and resolution, and liaising with healthcare providers.
