Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description Job Description We are currently hiring for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney and a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney. We are a high volume personal injury law firm and looking to hire a new attorney.

This attorney will be working on a high volume docket. This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top level attorney. Must have at least two years of experience in personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities include : For Litigation Attorney:

All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. For Pre-litigation Attorney:

All aspects of pre-litigation, including demands, negotiations, and case evaluation. Help resolve client issues as they arise. Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience: Required: JD and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Must have valid TX driver license.

Two years in personal injury litigation. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Competencies: Excellent research and writing skills.

Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done". Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism. Attorney Compensation & Benefits: Litigation Associate I $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 DOE Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 2024.

Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
