Litigate cases from inception through trial, negotiate settlements and advocate for our clients' best interests.

Conduct thorough discovery, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather all necessary evidence for each case. 3. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. 4. Litigate cases from inception through trial. 5.

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. 6. Attend court proceedings, including hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials. 7. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases. 8.

Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and use this knowledge to benefit our clients and the firm. 9. Collaborate with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the firm. Qualifications: 1.

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, with a focus on automobile, car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. 4.

Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating cases through trial. 5. Extensive experience with discovery, including conducting depositions and drafting interrogatories. 6. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. 7.

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues, and courts. 8. Proficiency in legal research and writing. 9. Ability to manage a large caseload and handle multiple priorities and deadlines. 10.
