Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. This role involves representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death claims.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases.

• Manage all phases of personal injury including, investigation, pre-trial, trial, settlement, pleadings, discovery, and appeal processes.

• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair compensation for clients.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal counsel.

• Collaborate with support staff and paralegals to prepare for trial.

• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and practice.Upgrade and simplify the payroll and HR functions to streamline for managers and deliver a consistent user-friendly process.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong negotiation, research, and trial advocacy skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.

Education & Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona or eligible for licensure.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law (will also consider entry level candidate for growth).
