Job Description Job Description Adheres to the standards of client care and implements the policy and procedures of the Agency. Performs client personal care, household services essential to client care at home.

Reporting changes in client conditions Establishes a relationship with the client and family which transmits trust and confidentiality. Prepares report of visits daily and incorporates the same into the clinical record on a weekly basis.
