Personal Care Aide

General Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting residents with their daily personal needs such as, bathing, grooming, and dressing, etc. # Delivers excellent customer service to the residents and their family members. Assists and escorts residents to dining room and other in-house activities.

Documents vital signs including blood pressure, temperature respiration and weight checks and other pertinent information in the resident#s electronic health record. # Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or active registry status on the state nurse aide registry required.

Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in related positions preferred.

ADA:

Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits:
