We are seeking friendly, energetic and outgoing Bank Tellers who will provide courteous customer service to our clients (internal and external). Our Bank Tellers greet and acknowledge all customers with smile and assist them with their banking needs.
What you'll do:
As a Bank Teller you will accept commercial and individual checking and savings deposits, loan payments and cash checks within authorized limits.
Verify that cash, checks and other items meet negotiability standards, have not been altered, and are properly endorsed.
Place stop payments and holds; respond to requests for credit information.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with solving customer concerns.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
2+ years of experience in cash handling and customer service, ideally in a financial institution
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal. Must be able to communicate clearly to customers and employees.
The ability to manage a complexity of routine problems while following bank standards, policies and procedures.
