This position has responsibility for reactive sales, high quality servicing, retention, development and expansion of commercial and individual relationships, and teller responsibilities as needed in branch. Sells existing and prospective customers a full range of banking services with an emphasis on client needs. Position objectives will be achieved by creating individual sales plans with an emphasis on retention, expansion, cost management, and servicing current branch clientele. Responsible for developing a weekly plan for outside business development and executing the set plan, working closely with the Branch Manager on planning and execution. This position will cross sell to walk in branch customers, originating and/or closing loan transactions as needed. Administrative duties such as maintenance of accounts and audits of branch as required, acting as a team member to the units' sales team, and conducting in branch sales campaigns based upon individual aptitudes and needs of the branch and market assigned.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal)

One year Retail experience as a Personal Banker
Vault Management experience
High school diploma or equivalent
