The primary function is to accurately process standard branch transactions including but not limited to: check cashing, deposits, consigned items, savings bonds, loan payments, opening basic accounts and servicing accounts. Expected to process customer maintenance transactions such as: address changes, check orders, CIS maintenance, ATM processing, branch open/close procedures, foreign currency, judicial issues, deceased notification while increasing knowledge and skills to handle more time consuming and complicated customer account maintenance actions and transactions. The PB I is expected to provide an unparalleled customer experience, in all customer interactions to include a high standard of efficiency, accuracy, service, and consistency.
Expected to increase knowledge and performance regarding branch activities in the areas of: compliance, audit, operations and security and follow all bank policies and procedures.
Proactively partner and refer to appropriate internal partners to include: Small Business Officers, Mortgage Officers, Private Wealth Management, and Commercial partners to increase customer satisfaction and branch results.
