Work for this professional and friendly credit union with assisting members in planning their financial services; assist members with completion of necessary paperwork.
Handle e-mail, phone, call center, and in-person account questions.
Open new accounts and close accounts.
Process member deposits/payments.
Research member inquiries; perform file maintenance on member accounts; place check orders and stop payment requests.
Process direct deposit and payroll deduction requests.
Assist members with home banking and audio response enrollment.
Process all plastic card (credit and debit) requests.
Fully process loan requests; close and fund loans.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have experience with opening new accounts.
Proficiency with MS Office and fraud detection experience and FISERV/Summit operating systems are a plus.
Must have good credit and be bondable.
Must possess strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be detail oriented, service oriented and friendly.
Must be able to work at various locations when necessary.
