The CEO of Hold Brothers Capital is seeking a high level, driven, and proactive personal assistant to join his team of assistants. This is a position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In addition to being organized, analytical, strategic and resourceful, you must possess strong business judgement and communication skills in order to effectively help streamline the executives personal and professional life. You will interact with a myriad of people with different job functions across several industries - strategic thinking, creativity, and an ability to wear many hats is crucial in this role. A high level of professionalism and discretion will be integral to your success supporting this executive. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is eager, optimistic, and has a no task too small mindset. Unique skills and attributes are welcomed and appreciated; please include these in cover letters. Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support (both personally and professionally) to the CEO of 900+ person firm

Engage in complex & interesting research

Arrange travel & social itineraries

Manage & run personal & business errands

Plan events, coordinate agendas, run social media accounts

Complete various clerical duties, e.g. manage filing & receipt systems

Thoroughly record all meeting minutes

Coordinate seasonal yacht maintenance

Weekly fashion coordination, e.g. organize & audit wardrobe

Minimum Qualifications for the Full-Time Role:

BA/BS degree is required.

MUST be able to provide SAT/ACT scores. If you do not include these scores when submitting your application, you will not be considered.

At least 6 months of previous administrative, secretarial or personal assistant experience is required.

Strong preference for career PAs who have 5+ years experience providing high level administrative support at the executive level

Minimum Qualifications for the Part-Time Role:

Freshmen or Sophomores in college ONLY

The Control Sr Officer is tasked with providing support within the Chief Control Executive's (CCE) Central Control - Policy, Strategy and Governance team to ensure effective frameworks are established and to ensure that significant and emerging risks are captured properly as they arise. This position within the Strategy, Planning and Governance organization will support activities aligned with the implementation of Wells Fargo's policies across all business groups and enterprise functions. This role will partner with others on the team to deliver initiatives and programs and will build relationships with a wide variety of control management policy subject matter experts and policy teams across the company.
