What you will do
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Founders with a variety of personal and professional tasks. This role requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
Responsibilities
In this role your duties will include but will not be limited to:
Assist with personal ad hoc tasks as needed.
Run various errands for the Founders.
Oversee maintenance of personal properties.
Maintain corporate facilities.
Ensure executive vehicles and other properties are in excellent condition.
Make travel accommodations for personal and business trips.
Handle personal shipping and logistics.
Schedule personal appointments and manage calendars.
This is an onsite position. Must be able to work full time (5 days) in the office.
What you should bring
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
