Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support the company executive in his day-to-day activities. This part-time role involves managing schedules, attending check-in calls, and handling email maintenance. A background or understanding of the construction industry is a plus, as it will help in navigating specific tasks and communications.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative:
- Manage the company executive daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and reminders.
- Attend check-in calls and take notes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Maintain and organize email communications, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Assist with project coordination and task management related to ongoing construction projects.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
- Act as a liaison between the company executive and other team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and basic office software.

Compensation
