Work with customers to provide Grand deed to move forward with permits * Get permits signed by customer if needed. * Have permits/ paperwork notarized if city requires * Create appropriate/needed diagram/plot plan or work with team to get the right paperwork to move forward with permit. * Provide Traffic Controls if needed. * Build rapport with all cities and log of people we can call. * Work with HOA's if needed. * Pull right away permits if needed. * Job will require driving to job site or Cities to obtain permits or confirm measurements. * Managing and attending inspections * Additional work as neededExperience & Skills:* MUST have basic construction permitting and/or project management experience (at least 1 year in all)* Stellar time management and organizational skills * Ability to think critically and manage competing priorities. * Enjoy working independently as well as with a team. * Accepting of the challenging and dynamic environment that a growing company has * Competent with technology, software, and specifically Excel.* A background check will be performed for this position.Our employees enjoy: * Strong compensation: $30-$40/hour * Flexible hours, part-time schedule * Full benefits including health, dental vision, life, and a 401K* Continuous education and career development * Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that's boomingAs a Part-Time Permit Technician at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company.
