Job Description:

As a Permit Runner at Service Minds, you will be responsible for obtaining various permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for our projects and operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Research local regulations and requirements to identify necessary permits and licenses for projects.

  • Gather and complete required paperwork, forms, and supporting documents for permit applications.

  • Submit permit applications to relevant government agencies or departments in a timely manner.

  • Track the progress of permit applications and follow up with authorities as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and government agencies regarding permit statuses and requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permit conditions.

  • Maintain accurate records of permits obtained, expiration dates, renewal requirements, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a relevant field is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and permit processes.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
