Our Drill Bits Permian Engineering Leaders grow revenue by delivering drilling insights through detailed applications analysis and product development. The Permian Engineering Lead will manage and direct the Permian Engineering Team.

As a Drill Bits Permian Engineering Leader you will be responsible for:

• Market analysis to identify top opportunities for growing the business through product development

• Working with repair facilities to improve quality of products and margin delivery

• Development of new products to improve drilling performance, growing market share as well as driving a clear product strategy for the basin

• Providing/presenting technical support and application expertise to the sales and operations teams

• Leading, developing, and mentoring team of field and applications engineers

• Working with customer to analyze and optimize drilling performance and provide clear solutions through technical presentations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Petroleum preferred) or similar degree

• 5 years in engineering role in the oil/gas industry

• 3 years minimum experience in Drill Bits

• Experience in delivering technical presentations to customers
