Location: Hartford, CT and Multiple

Job Description:

Understand project requirements and review the objective, input data and output requirements with product owner.

Experience in analyzing the Nonfunctional requirements and the application architecture to define the end to end performance management strategy

Performance Test plan, model workload plan, Performance test data management

Perform Code review for performance, Performance test execution and analysis and providing actionable recommendations.

Providing designs and implement solutions for defined user stories

Working on diverse operating systems and platforms of software and application development

In this highlyvisible role, you will have frequent interaction with home office and fieldleadership and play a critical part in the development of exceptionalunderwriters. This role will: * Maintain high collaboration with Middle Market leadershipand all levels of Segment and Field teams * Model deep sales and underwriting expertise * Help translate Middle Market business priorities intomeasurable, on-the-job capabilities that will deliver on our underwritingexcellence objectives * Collaborate to develop and execute creative, effectiveand efficient solutions that build sales and underwriting mastery * Help shape and form an advanced underwriting culture * Report to the Director, Middle Market Learning andPerformance This role will require approximately 10-15% overnighttravel. Responsibilities: * Develop a deep understanding of business strategies,goals, and performance improvement opportunities and the learning strategiesand solutions that will fill performance gaps. * Become a trusted partner who is positioned to address importantbusiness learning challenges and opportunities. * Consult with business partners and subject matter expertsto develop performance and learning objectives that meet business objectives. * Recommend the most appropriate performance or learningapproach to address the stated objectives, weighing resource and expenseagainst business impact. * Design, develop, and deliver performance and learningsolutions that transfer knowledge, build skill, and influence the behavioralchange required to drive key business initiatives. * Facilitate learning activities, creating a dynamic andengaging environment with relevant and current examples that help learnerseasily apply knowledge and skills on the job. * Develop and execute reinforcement strategies and tactics topromote behavior change. * Execute and monitor effective evaluation plans that identifythe impact of programs on performance. * Interact and consult with key field employees on how toimprove day-to-day coaching, management, and leadership effectiveness withintheir organizations. * Consistently monitor established metrics, proactivelyidentify trends, and work with field leaders to develop and execute performancesolutions that will improve sales performance * Provide coaching and mentoring support to others. Develop the ability of others to perform and contribute to the organization byproviding on-going feedback and through formal/informal learning methods. * Encourage creative tension and difference ofopinions. Anticipate and plan for the impact andimplications of decisions. * Previous experience as a Middle Market ProductionUnderwriter with all lines experience * Demonstrated deep sales and underwriting expertisethrough proven profitable territory and book management experience * Strong territory and agency management, selling, andnegotiation skills * Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills * Strong ability to motivate and build consensus in anenvironment of diverse opinions * Strong ability to impart information in a clear andconcise manner * Excellent written communication skills * Strong organizational skills * Strong informal or formal leadership skills with ademonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop underwriters * Demonstrated influencing skills and an ability to workeffectively with all levels of leadership and individual styles * Ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiplepriorities * Ability to work in a fast-changing, matrixed environmentand lead change * Experience in the design and delivery of various learningmethodologies a plus Compensation At The Hartford, ourcompensation philosophy is simple: we pay competitive base salaries and rewardperformance.
