  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize complex campaigns to meet client objectives

  • Analyze performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in large, multi-dimensional datasets

  • Develop actionable recommendations to maximize campaign success

  • Become an expert on the use and best practices for the Turn Platform, and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Work with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to help define features and enhancements to improve the platform

  • Serve as subject matter expert and assist in developing training and best practices

  • Ability to balance workload supporting at least 5 teams.


  • 5+ years experience and proven track record of delivering exceptional ROI on complex digital campaigns

  • BA/BS, or graduate degree preferred with a strong academic record

  • Programmatic experience required, including: hands-on optimization & campaign design experience with 1 or many DSPs

  • Auto Experience preferred.

  • Tableau/Datorama experience preferred

  • Experience managing multiple clients

  • Expertise in working with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data

  • Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results

  • Expert level Excel skills, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets

  • Preferred skills: SQL or other structured query language

  • Excellent presentation skills

This position is responsible for consulting and influencing clients; leading them to their objectives. The Lead I&A Strategist role engages with the client from beginning to end to elicit business objectives, develop KPIs to create appropriate and sensible measures, and suggest improvements to existing KPI's. This role will also provide training to the I&A Team. Responsibilities Job Functions: * Ensure insights are compelling, actionable and statistically rigorous, identifying trends and anomalies, and triangulating data gaps. * Responsible for significant and high quality business reviews where visuals/infographics convey succinct message to include presentations and communications. * Lead, coach and mentor junior analysts to continually improve quality of work, increase client satisfaction, provide career/professional development, managing up to senior staff on crisis issues, while holding the team accountable to demonstrating agency values. * Build and provide training and mentorship on technical programs best practices (PPT, EXCEL), understanding of statistics (confidence levels, statistical significance, T-test, etc) * Exercises judgment in using methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining the appropriate results for clients, and networks with key contacts across the organization. * Ensures gaps or inefficiencies are identified through processes and/or technology to increase efficiency * Looks for ways to improve processes and links to business performance in order to provide more value to the client * Provide strategic and tactical counsel to internal and external clients * Apply sophisticated quantitative skills to data sets to discern and identify patterns and recommend relatable actions. * Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum/Preferred Requirements: * Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or Ops Research), or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. PhD is preferred. * 8-10+ years of applicable experience is highly preferred.
