The Performance Reporting Supervision Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of AXA Advisors' data aggregation and performance reporting platform. Included within AXA's platform are all transactions and positions from numerous business lines including: Proprietary Life & Annuity, 3rd Party Life & Annuity and Investment Products (Direct Mutual Funds, Brokerage & Advisory). The supervising manager is responsible for performing vendor management, operational oversite and advisor supervision.
Addtionally, the Supervising Manager will serve as the primary subject matter expert and own/maintain all neccessary Writen Supervisory Procedures for the group . The manager will actively work with internal compliance and other supervising areas to ensure that all reviews align with AXA's overarching policies and procedures.
5-8 years working experience in Financial Services.
2-3 years working experience in supervision and/or compliance related roles
3-5 years of metrics and analytics experience
Series 7 (24,4 & 53 a plus and may be obtained after start)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to work professionally with both corporate and field management
Ability to successfully meet deadlines
Strong working knowledge of the Financial Service industry
Intermediate to Advanced experience with MS Office suite; advanced skills w/ Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, sumproduct, etc); working knowledge of VBA a plus
Data visualization and experience with PowerPoint creation
Experience with Tableau a plus
Knowledge of the Broadridge Investigo and/or Albridge Platform a plus
In depth understanding of all relevant products (Fixed & Variable Life Insurance and Annuity Products, Investment Products) - Experience with a data aggregation/performance reporting tool is preferable.
Bachelor's Degree (Finance a plus)
