The Performance Measurement Analyst will conduct proactive quality assurance, problem resolution and ongoing assistance to financial advisors and their staff, vendors and internal partners with respect to performance analytics and reporting. Reporting support includes the production of monthly and quarterly performance reports and ad hoc performance reporting for the Institutional Performance Reporting process.
Performance processes will be monitored and verified as appropriate with prompt resolution for all incidents and escalations. Frequent contact with branch office personnel required to research and to resolve performance data issues will exist.
Specific responsibilities will include analyzing system data and calculations and performance, quality assurance of work performed by outside vendors, support and partnership with the GIC community, and facilitating adjustments to the performance measurement systems and reporting as needed. Additional responsibilities will include the testing of all system enhancements and new development, along with the support of several supplemental data sets.
Individuals on this team are also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performance data on the Performance Measurement Convergence (PMC) tool for clients enrolled in the Aggregated Performance Reporting Service (APRS), which is supported by Rage Frameworks. They are also responsible for the verification of reporting enrolled in the UHNW Performance Reporting Service.
Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in the financial industry
Ability to research and troubleshoot complex performance problems
Ability to prioritize, manage and deliver upon multiple tasks, simultaneously
Ability to problem solve with internal stakeholders, and vendor partners, on programs and processes

The position is a Performance Measurement Analyst role on the Institutional & Customized Performance Reporting team. The team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performance data and the generation, accuracy and timeliness of performance reporting.
Performance, analytics and reporting are housed in a vendor platform, Rage Frameworks. This function supports the Institutional Retirement business. The analyst will support Global Institutional Consulting (GIC) designated advisors, and Institutional and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
