What You'll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for testing paid media assets, strategies, and partners across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Utilize expertise in statistical significance, A/B testing, and experiment setup to design and execute rigorous testing protocols for evaluating the effectiveness of different media assets and strategies
Monitor and analyze performance data to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI)
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and refine landing page copy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and optimization for conversion
Oversee the end-to-end execution of in-market tests, from concept development to measurement and analysis of results, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Manage paid media campaigns across various channels including paid search, social media, display advertising, video advertising, and other digital media platforms
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital media testing and optimization, leveraging this knowledge to improve campaign performance continuously
Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and marketing to integrate testing initiatives into overall marketing strategies and campaigns
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to evaluate the success of testing initiatives, regularly communicate results to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for future optimizations
Drive overall success of paid media campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize media spend, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Performs other duties as required/assigned by the manager
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong emphasis on data analysis and digital media
Affinity for statistical approach and methodical testing is preferred
The ability to pivot and apply learnings at scale with a proven track record of enhancing paid media campaigns is required
Proven track record of hands-on experience managing substantial budgets and delivering tangible results for paid media campaigns, particularly in testing and optimization.
A proven track record of implementing budget and bid strategies, Maximum delivery optimizations, A/B creative testing, and multivariate testing across social, search, CRO, display, and other paid media programs is preferred
Advanced analytical skills with practical experience using statistical analysis techniques and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, etc., to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
Extensive background in managing branded efforts within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on testing and refining digital media strategies for optimal results
Data-driven and ROI-driven mindset
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of testing strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in managing paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Reddit,
