The Unregistered Performance Manager (PM) will work closely with Region Executives (RE) and Market Managers (MM) to ensure effective development and execution of local strategies and tactics that drive

Consumer results in the regions. The PM creates customer-driven plans to achieve and exceed region objectives. In this role, PM's will provide timely feedback to MMs, REs and Performance Executive (PE)

on performance and channel strategy opportunities related to the Consumer business. PM is responsible to improve sales force effectiveness and productivity by coaching MMs on using talent analytics, top

talent retention and partner integration (for example, an PM will analyze an MMs market and identify skill/performance gaps and recommend actions steps/share best practices on how to solve the issue).

The PM will ensure adherence of the sales force to regulatory, policies and procedures. PMs conduct in market visits with REs/MMs to role model Consumer-related routines/behaviors and provide coaching to improve skill set. The PM is responsible to deliver and implement strategies and initiatives to drive Operations Market Manager (OMM) partner integration in daily practice. PMs provide voice of associate

for initiatives and incremental learning/development activities; they gather customer insights on offers, merchandising and collateral to improve awareness of offerings and elevate sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Travel weekly to financial centers to observe sales activities and coach MMs on Consumer related metrics

  • Lead and/or participate in routines with region and/or market level partners across LOBs and drive day-to-day integration with these teams, especially Small Business and Home Loans

  • Monitor Consumer sales reporting and identify gaps/opportunities

  • Support effective on-boarding, training, and continuing education of unregistered sales associates.

  • Drive the adoption and execution of client relationship process, including sales playbook and lead management to achieve region goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory, policies and procedures

  • Coach to integration of unregistered sales roles in the financial center

  • Provide regulatory support for unregistered sales teams and ensure risk management and compliance throughout the sales workforce

  • Support the RSEs in implementing effective performance management including goal setting, incentive, and other reward and recognition mechanisms

  • Drive metrics and targets related to client experience, productivity, number of new relationships, revenue growth, , leadership behaviors & teamwork, partnership ability & managing by influence (Note: while the creation and enhancement of partnerships across the company is encouraged, setting referral goals or targets for unregistered individuals for investment referrals to the broker dealer is not permitted)

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high performing sales teams within the financial services industry

  • Proven ability to drive integration across products and drive results through superior delivery and sales management

  • Experience influencing market or region level leaders

  • Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/clients

  • Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast paced environment

  • Experience in building effective client minded sales strategies which impact the business line

  • Projects enthusiasm, optimism, and determination

  • Communicates strategic business plans and tactical sales goals clearly and effectively at all levels

Preferred Skills:

  • Undergraduate College Degree

  • Financial Center Channel Experience

  • GWIM, Preferred or Small Business Banking Experience

  • Experience interacting with and/or influencing market or region level leaders

The Local TV Growth Sales Manager will identify and drive sales strategies for DFW Local Media in order to attain revenue and share goals through development of overall direction, product and training for all products. Strategize and work collaboratively with all sales managers and the entire sales organization to successfully execute the traditional, digital and business development needs of Univision Local Media. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills and be well versed in traditional and 3rd party digital ad products. This position works in partnership with management team and account executives to identify clients' traditional & digital marketing needs and integrate them into sales solutions. Solutions are multi-platform in nature, integrating the traditional Radio platform along with non-traditional, digital assets and new media platforms. Digital assets include station website core products including display advertising, streaming across all devices, desktop, mobile and tablets plus 3rd party Ad products including but not limited to Reach Extension products, Search and Social Media. Job Responsibilities * Attain local revenue goals, monthly, quarterly and annually and grow DFW Market share on Television and other platforms * Be the internal expert and resource for all things related to digital media * Influences, trains and motivates the development of the DFW Local Media sales staff on growing our traditional revenue, digital revenue and business development streams and introducing new products during weekly sales meetings * Responsible for hiring, training, and performance management of sellers. Coaching, setting goals and working to keep them motivated and engaged. Maintain a pipeline of sales professionals to build a strong talent pool for future needs. * Conducts individual coaching sessions and performs mid-year and annual reviews for direct reports * Conducts weekly and monthly local sales reporting as needed * Sets monthly, quarterly and annual goals for individual AE's.
