This is a Performance Manager position which focuses primarily on both coaching as well as general operation of a corporate client site/facility. The Performance Manager will report to the Regional Performance Manager, and work with the Account Manager to ensure efficiency of the day-to-day operations and the client needs are met at the client site.

Main Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for client day-to-day operations contact

  • Partnering with the client/employer to conduct various client engagement and educational activities and events

  • Constant communication with Regional Performance Manager/Account Management and client to ensure client goals are met

  • Manage daily operation function of the facility

  • Manage and mentor a staff to provide world class experience to our clients

  • Instructs, motivates, and assists clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals

  • Motivates and assists Performance team with daily activities including but not limited to scheduling, coordinating clients, and program design

  • Ensure communication and alignment with Regional Performance Manager and Account Management

  • Regular communication with Regional Performance Manager

  • Provide feedback from site team members to Regional Performance Manager

  • Oversee operational and staffing implementation at the site level

  • Oversee direct site level staff responsible for the delivery of solutions

  • Responsible to follow EXOS methodologies and EXOS program design

  • Manage and mentor a staff to provide world class experience to our clients

  • Assure appropriate scheduling and staffing as per contractual obligations

  • Assist the Regional Performance Manager to train and develop site team members to implement programs that demonstrate impact in alignment with company and agreed upon client objectives to assure quality control of methodology program delivery consistency product and solution implementation troubleshooting to resolve operational issues exceptional customer service delivery

  • Primary point of contact for site level staff for internal helpdesk issues with product/programs Escalate site level internal helpdesk issues with product/programs to Regional Performance Manager

  • Conduct performance evaluations for site level staff and maintain performance evaluation documentation

  • Maintain and foster a positive site level staff community and culture

  • Evaluate designated site level operations and performance, as well as performance of site level staff in alignment with both company and client company objectives to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Support achievement of site level customer metrics

  • Other duties as assigned


Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Also, the physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience

  • BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree

  • Currently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM

Other Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and application of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions

  • Master's Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field.

  • Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings

  • Strong customer service skills where servicing the "client" is top priority

  • Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals

  • Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products

  • Ability to manage own schedule while coordinating and driving other team members

  • Leadership experience preferred

Position Description: The Order & Replenishment Manager will lead a team of Order Analysts that accomplishes a wide variety of ordering and replenishment activities as noted below. This team is responsible for accurate and timely vendor order placement/management and replenishment forecast review. The position requires a working knowledge of all job responsibilities in the Orders and Replenishment department. Primary Responsibilities: * Full responsibility of leading, managing and coaching the Order Analyst team. This includes performance reviews, corrective actions, recruiting, work load assignment and accountability of accuracy, time card management and training. * Manages the execution of weekly forecasting (Supply Plan) to ensure proper stocking of inventory necessary to support corporate inventory goals and guidelines at the DC and sku level. * Drives the daily execution of replenishment (MinMax) orders and transfers for domestic vendors for all ATD & NTD Distribution Centers. As well as Sales Orders and Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) reconciliation (including PCR/price updates), terms, and discrepancy maintenance. Accounts for ~75% of ATD's purchases. (~25,000,000 P&LT units annually + other groups) * Accountable for and maintains vendor transportation and logistics schedules to reflect the volume of shipments into Distribution Centers. Leads Driver Assist reporting for reimbursement and detention charges ~ $3m annually. * Ensure accurate and efficient execution of all mailboxes used to support business transactions – Orders, Transfers, Procurement, Discrepancies and Tire Pros.
