Seeking an inventive, creative individual with a passion for training and talent development. The individual will possess Bachelor's degree and related experience in training or education. This individual will collaborate with managers to identify training needs and map out development plans for employees. They will support the HR Director in managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all agency-wide trainings. Position Highlights
Assess training needs and make recommendations via surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers and program directors.
Create and implement agency-wide staff training/professional development programs within budgetary parameters.
Provide consultation to department/program managers when assistance is needed in producing a review for a specific employee.
Work with departments using Learning Management Software in preparing and facilitating training courses both live and online and/or other interventions for employees to include the design of instructional materials for training designs and participant materials.
Develop, execute, and maintain an Agency-wide learning program (Casa University) that includes a digital and physical lending library of educational/professional resources to support the learning goals of all Agency employees.
Work on other Adhoc projects as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
