Dealer.com, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently hiring a Performance Management Operations Specialist to join our team in Atlanta.

The Performance Specialist Operative advises and supports the Performance Consultant (PC) team in their execution of digital marketing strategy. This position is critical to the success of the Performance Management team.

The Spec Op partners with the Performance Consultants to complete work in proprietary tools and systems. They will utilize digital marketing best practices along with their knowledge of the tools and systems to help achieve client goals. They will drive efforts in tandem with the PC's to improve digital marketing performance to the client portfolio. Additional work will also include timely response to client requests in support of the client's digital marketing efforts in order to optimize the client's investment across the Dealer.com Product suite and to deliver an outstanding client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Through the completion of activities of standard practices, the Performance Specialist Operative will provide substantiated and validated recommendations to the PCs in order for them to deliver digital marketing strategy across all Dealer.com accounts utilizing Dealer.com suite of products and services

Activities will include but are not limited to:

Optimizing and improving advertising campaigns and website modifications to include improving copy, visual layout, inventory merchandising and anything that may contribute to increased product performance for the client.

Updating client's product set to align with new orders and requests

Problem solving /trouble shooting, or working around software application, integration issues to ensure client's inventory, incentive, pricing, product and overall advertising and website needs are met

Resolution of billing questions/escalations which may require in depth research to internal partners

Other tasks and optimizations as needed to contribute to client's performance

Take responsibility and ownership for client requests and execution of best practice recommendations the Performance Consultant is not able to immediately complete to ensure the best optimum client experience and performance of the clients digital marketing activities.

Use learned digital marketing knowledge and expertise to offer alternatives to improve client's advertising and website performance.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Dealer.com Digital Strategist experience or 2 years of account management experience.

Knowledge and certification of advertising and website tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Bing (must obtain within 90 days of completing new hire training if not already certified)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and broad website concepts

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (certification a plus) and PowerPoint

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong troubleshooting skills

Strong team building skills with demonstrated problem solving abilities

Able to resolve client issues efficiently, effectively, and expeditiously in an independent manner

Self-directed, driven, and enthusiastic

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous automotive, media or media sales / service / support experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (certification a plus) and PowerPoint

Reporting relationships and Contacts:

Associate will report directly to a Manager, Performance Consultant and is expected to effectively work both independently and in a team environment. This position interacts internally with team members, managers and leaders within the Performance Management Team and Dealer Support organizations, other partner teams such as Implementation and may engage with Dealer.com clients. This position does not supervise any other positions.
