Performance Management Consultant

Overview

BigBear.ai is seeking a Perfomance Management Consultant to provide analysis of complex performance data in support of Government decision-making processes and strategic studies

Join BBAI's intel team on our Prime contract where you will interact directly with Government leads to develop and implement integrated performance management processes on site in Maryland.

What you will do

• Provide the ability to generate statistics, metrics and measures from collection and production data for use by the Collection Processing and Exploitation Investment Portfolio (CPEIP) and associated performance metrics organizations to include Cryptologic Assessments and Performance (CAP) in support of operational mission, resource utilization, and business management requests.

• Develop methods to implement long term and short term, manageable, annual performance measures in direct support of customer goals and objectives.

• Develop methods to improve gathering of performance-related data; and associating appropriate budgetary and performance data, strategies, and associated tasks, to improve overall performance-based budgeting activities.

• Translate organizational strategies and goals to develop a set of outcomes and associated performance measures.

• Develop/Recommend process improvements.

What you need to have

• Clearance: Must posess and maintain TS with Polygraph

• Twelve (12) or more years of combined experience in performance management and metrics implementation; Performance Based Budgeting; Analysis of performance data in relation to budget and strategy modifications; Federal Government Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution; and/or Program analysis and evaluation utilizing statistical, visualization, and data analysis tools.

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher degree is required.

• A Graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience.

• The Graduate or higher degree OR Bachelor's degree or higher in identified Business fields cannot be considered together for more than two (2) years of overall experience
