CDK Global is hiring a Performance Management Consultant with a background in Service and recent, hands-on experience using CDK's Service product.
This position will travel throughout the northeast visiting with dealer clients. Travel is up to 100% annually (Monday
Must be located in the northeastern part of the US to be considered for this position.
Create business relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and all levels of dealership management through virtual client visits. Demonstrate and review CDK Service and Parts services and capabilities, DMS utilization and product functionality according to structured agenda.
Maintain an ongoing business relationship with clients to expand on future opportunities. Follow established consulting model and program.
. 3-4 years industry or dealership experience required
. 3+ years working in Service/Fixed Operations within a dealership environment
. 3+ years experience using CDK's Service product on a regular basis
. CDK DMS and layered application Subject Matter Expert (SME) for best practices and key metrics that support one complete dealership workflow (sales, parts, service, and accounting). Relationship and Collaboration Skills required to engage senior level dealership associates.
. Ability to travel up to 100% annually
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
. Schedule client visits or virtual sessions with assigned clients.
. Analyze application utilization reports and review with client.
. Promote additional CDK products and services with clients.
. Partner and communicate with Sales on all client activities.
. Sustain relationships with client base through regular follow-up and expected site visit or virtual session frequency.
. Coordinate resolution of any outstanding technical CDK Product issues with Support or other appropriate sources.
. Complete accurate agendas and reports within the required timeframes.
. Manage client records in Salesforce.
. Adhere to all Travel and Expense policies, submission of weekly expense reports, eTime sign-off deadlines, mandated training, and other policy requirements.
. Lead and provide direction to other Performance Management Consultants and assist manager in achieving project results.
