Expected salary range of the Performance Improvement Specialist position is $81,000 to $90,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Expected salary range of the Sr Performance Improvement Specialist position is $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for providing support to the OR group including management of a PI program or support of a department in the PI processes. Works under minimal supervision, relying on knowledge, skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Must have good grasp of the PI processes and a good understanding of the fundamental functions performed by the respective group.

This person will interface with various levels of employees and management and be able to analyze data and recommend actions to improve performance. Possesses specialty skills and performs advanced tasks independently with minimal supervisory review. Works independently with broad supervisory review and actively imparts knowledge to others.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Perform Support and oversight of PI Programs. Responsible for implementing performance improvement programs and providing support and oversight of those programs or Responsible for oversight of a department in regards to their Performance Improvement. Perform and provide oversight on trending analysis - Prepare site performance data and adverse trends using observations, CAP, self-assessment, benchmarking, OPEX, and performance indicator data.
