We are currently looking for a full time Performance Improvement to support our Compliance Department located in Doylestown, PA. The Performance Improvement Analyst will assist witht he performance improvement functions and has primary responsibility for completing performance improvement audits/compiling data as well as incident report reviews and submission of reports to regulatory, managed care agencies and corporate officers as assigned. The PI Analyst will work collaboratively with the compliance department as well as other departmental directors, clinical staff, risk management and administration to ensure efficient operations through data collection, evaluation and interpretation to help inform facility improvement activities.
Bachelor's Degree with applicable experience required, Masters Degree preferred. Experience in acute or residential treatment programs with knowledge of psychiatric service delivery and applicable standards and regulations including state, local and federal requirements that impact the facility is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
