Job Description:
Strong hands-on experience in Performance testing of enterprise applications
Ability to write Performance test scripts in tools such as Jmeter and Gatling
Ability to debug and identify performance issues within the suite of applications
Ability to plan and come up with approach for performance testing
Experience and knowledge of systems architecture
Experience with the different kinds of performance tests and performance testing strategies
Needs to have excellent communication skills
Will need the drive and ability to work with other teams to understand details and also to push forward when there are bottlenecks or challenges
Will need a clear understanding of Devops concepts to engage with Devops personnel and either get requisite information or provide specific requirements
Quick, fast leaner so that can hit the ground running
Ability to present results / outcome in clear concise manner to leadership as well as get into details as needed
Strong Java development background

Support focused client relationship care training to improve banker and specialist performance with effective, professional representation of brand and offerings. Gather associate feedback and customer insights on messages, offers, merchandising, and collateral to improve awareness of offerings and elevate the client experience. The Unregistered Performance Manager (PM) will work closely with Region Executives (RE) and Market Leaders (ML) to ensure effective development and execution of local strategies and tactics that drive Consumer results in the regions. The PM creates customer-driven plans to achieve and exceed region objectives. In this role, PM's will provide timely feedback to MLs, REs and Performance Executive (PE) on performance and channel strategy opportunities related to the Consumer business. PM is responsible to improve sales force effectiveness and productivity by coaching MLs on using talent analytics, top talent retention and partner integration (for example, an PM will analyze an MLs market and identify skill/performance gaps and recommend actions steps/share best practices on how to solve the issue). The PM will ensure adherence of the sales force to regulatory, policies and procedures. PMs facilitate in-market visits with RSEs/MLs to role model Consumer-related routines/behaviors and provide coaching to improve skill set. The PM is responsible to deliver and implement strategies and initiatives to drive Operations Manager (OM) partner integration in daily practice. PMs provide voice of associate for initiatives and incremental learning/development activities; they gather customer insights on offers, merchandising and collateral to improve awareness of offerings and elevate sales. Primary Responsibilities: Travel weekly to financial centers to observe sales activities and coach MLs on Consumer related metrics Lead and/or participate in routines with region and/or market level partners across LOBs and drive day-to-day integration with these teams, especially Small Business and Home Loans Monitor Consumer sales reporting and identify gaps/opportunities Support effective on-boarding, training, and continuing education of unregistered sales associates.
