Liberty Healthcare operates four enhanced behavioral support homes in North County San Diego (Ramona, CA). Each is home for four people who have behavioral challenges as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Opportunities are now available with our professional staff to directly serve and support our residents.
Day to day work will focus on assisting residents with activities of daily living, facilitating various pro-social activities, monitoring and implementing behavior plans, and helping ensure our homes are safe for both residents and staff.
Full-time schedules are available days/evenings and evenings/overnights. Some weekend work is required.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar human services field
Compassion, strong work ethic and perseverance
Desire to learn, grow and pursue a career path
Experience serving people who have mental illness, autism, behavioral challenges, and/or developmental disabilities is required. This experience could professional or family related.
