The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care

Shift: Per Diem Tier II

Experience:

At Least 1 year of RN experience within a hospital, acute rehab, or home health setting required for MUVE Home Health position.

Education:

RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1.Current license to practice nursing in PA.2. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance.3.

Current CPR certification required.4. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
